Scope of Role

Eluceda is a high-tech company with a significant body of IP and ambitious growth plans headquartered in Burnley, Lancashire (UK) and sites in York, North Yorkshire (UK) and Washington State (US). Serving Blue Chip customers in three main markets, Product & Brand Authentication, Chemical & Biological Testing and In Vitro Diagnostics, Eluceda’s mission is to enable organisations to protect health and revenues through the rapid detection of small molecules.


Eluceda is searching for a flexible and outcome focussed Operations Executive, based at the Burnley head office to assist in the company’s growth. 


Roles & Responsibilities

Undertake customer facing operational activities including: 

  • Process customer orders and ensure delivery on time 
  • Manage inventory and arrange shipping to customers 
  • Purchasing of goods/equipment and services as needed for the Eluceda team 
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients 
  • Maintain and order office and lab supplies and research new deals and suppliers 
  • Provide first line of support for Eluceda customers 
  • Pro-actively undertake activities to assist team 


Provide general day to day admin duties within the Burnley site ensuring that the company is represented professionally and positively: 

  • Answer and direct phone calls 
  • Organize and schedule appointments 
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms 
  • Develop and maintain a filing system 
  • Maintain contact lists 


The Candidate

  • IT Literate (Microsoft Office and other IT systems)

Location & Additional Details
